JRC Design Build was started by James R. Cochran in 1985, and ‘Jim’ continues to stay involved in every aspect of the company. Geoff Talley, Vice President,
Superintendant
As Vice President and superintendent, Geoff oversees all projects from the home's foundation and forward. With over 40 years in the field industry, Geoff's level of expertise consistently ensures the utmost quality, end product and customer satisfaction. Geoff's leadership at JRC Design Build, is fully engaged with our customers, as well as our field workers, guaranteeing clear communication and execution of all project needs and requirements. His dedication to his craft and the company is what sets him apart from most superintendants. Geoff is committed to providing our valued JRC customers the home of their dreams and will stop at nothing until that is 100% accomplished!
Mike Breliant, Project Leader
As Superintendent & Project Leader, Mike takes much pride in the quality and experience we provide to our valued customers. "It is much easier to preserve your reputation, than it is to try and repair it", says Mike. While taking on many additional roles such as Trim and Punch List Coordinator, Problem Solver, Warranty Specialist and dedicated Customer Service representative, Mike's goals are to exceed expectations every time.
Mike has been an asset to JRC Design Build for over 23 years and looks forward to many more opportunities serving our community in the future.
Kevin Purdom, LEED AP for Homes Licensed Architect
Kevin graduated with a Masters in Architecture from the University of Kansas and with a minor in environmental studies. He has proudly worked on sustainable industrial/office projects as well as designing and building two LEED Platinum homes in Lawrence KS, both of which have won numerous awards for their innovative design and sustainability.
As JRC's head architect, Kevin enjoys taking his clients' vision and turning it into a finished project that they will make their HOME and fully enjoy.
Kevin is genuinely passionate about creating a place for our customers to live in that is comfortable and functional for each and every individual. Kevin is the creator of your home and 100% loves and enjoys working for you!
Jennifer Foleno, Interior Designer- Stylist
Jennifer has over 15 years experience as an Interior Designer and Home Stylist.
With clients from New York City to Chicago, every project is unique in and of itself. Jennifer is extremely passionate about her role at JRC and takes much pride in listening to her clients to make sure their needs and desires are met on all functional and aesthetic levels. She enjoys getting to know each client and project personally in order to deliver a product that not only reflects the client from a unique standpoint, but ultimately creates an improved, everyday, living experience overall. Providing assistance in all selections during the construction phase, as well as decor and furnishings thereafter, guarantees you will have the perfect space of your dreams!

Ella is the backbone of JRC Design Build.
She leads the team in all administrative and customer-related services.
