Dear Jim,

We are writing to acknowledge the entire team at JRC for their outstanding efforts in performing the work on our recent kitchen and first floor renovation project. Even from our initial meeting to discuss the project, everyone on the JRC team has been consistently responsive, timely and reliable. Additionally, the work performed throughout, including the finished product, has been of high quality and craftsmanship.

Furthermore, the team's consideration for the fact that we continued to live in other areas of the house throughout construction was very much appreciated. We apologize for not sending this email earlier - it is much overdue! It was one year ago when JRC began construction on our home addition. Looking back at that time, we were a little nervous, but excited at the same time. We are so pleased with how our home turned out. We also had a wonderful experience with everyone we worked with along the way. Everyone was professional and respectful of our needs and wants. Geoff was always able to give us the reassurance we needed when unexpected issues popped up, and if there were ever any problems, he took care of them quickly. All of your staff were exceptional, but there are three people that stood out. As the initial project manager, Geoff Talley did an exceptional job. He made certain our needs were being met and concerns were addressed throughout every phase of the project. He also managed the project such that there were minimal delays in scheduling. Alessio's work was much unseen after the flooring and drywall were installed, however, the quality of his work was well beyond what we expected.
